Our 3,600 employees, strategically located around the world also guarantee that we can bring together the resources when and where required.

At Semcon we work with three business models to meet our customers’ different needs and requirements:

Direct services:
You need experienced, skilled and involved engineers that are experts in a specific area over a limited time, often at short notice.

Project services:
This is where Semcon takes greater responsibility. We not only provide the resource, but also take responsibility for the project being performed properly. By taking responsibility for a major part of the project we can put together a hand-picked team of specialists, cut your lead times and dramatically cut costs. We do this by setting up the right conditions, producing a clear requirement specification and, preferably, taking over the role of supervisor.

Managed services
This is where the customer hands over the entire developmentof the product to Semcon and we take full responsibilityfor the process, including planning, employees, location, production and supply.  

Partnership
This is where we work together with companies with long-term undertakings from both parties. This is often a process or business that is important for the overall impression concerning a product or brand, but that doesn't belong to the company's core activity. That's why entire processes are bought from us. An example is Informatic - making technical information exciting and understandable for the end-user and service personnel on the aftermarket.
