Product Information

Today’s products are becoming evermore technically complicated. This places higher demands on the information surrounding them. Whether intended for the sales departments to help boost sales, for the workshops to facilitate maintenance and repairs, or the end user so they understand the product and get the maximum value out of it.

Semcon has developed a number of services to produce information which is correct, effective, usable and that underpins customers’ opinions about the brand and product being integrated. We can take care of the entire product information value chain, from information strategy development, information design and information development to production, distribution and evaluation. We also constantly work to make information production processes quicker, easier and more cost-effective.

To help ensure this we have project managers, information designers, interaction designers, method engineers, technical  writers and technical illustrators. All are specialists in their respective fields but they also have extensive knowledge of the product areas they work with.
