Semcon employs many skilled and dedicated people with extensive experience of working with key accounts in our focus industries. These are our Key Account Managers (KAM). They have extensive industry experience and they know what requirements will be set. They know the customers' business and they understand the way people work. These people have a responsibility to coordinate Semcon's entire business offer to each prioritised customer. They constantly develop partnerships with the customer and produce the best business concepts.
