Auditors
Semcon's auditors are elected by the AGM for a period of four years. The current period is 2007-2011, so the next election will take place at the 2012 AGM.
The company's auditors are the authorized public accountants Peter Gustafsson and Hans Warén of Deloitte AB. Deloitte AB was appointed by the AGM 2007.
In addition to auditing, Deloitte AB provides advice on accounting issues to Semcon. All services provided in addition to the statutory auditing service are checked specially to ensure that there is no conflict of interest or disqualification issue.
