We can also offer our own project management methodology XLPM that is used by customers and organizations all over the world. Ericsson have selected, and granted us the sole right to train Ericsson project staff in PROPS. Furthermore, we are part of Semcon, providing us with the strength and experience from a variety of businesses and organizations.

Our consultants offer you services such as Analysis, Development/Advice, Application development, Implementation of a project model, Competence development, Project management/Leadership and of course Project Management. We are used to work both locally and globally and have wide experience of project management, leadership and handling of project portfolios.
